The house
The holiday home Casa Piadras, Piadras 2 in 7156 Rueun comfortably accommodates four to six people and offers all modern conveniences. Built in 1815, the house was carefully restored from 2014 to 2016, using organic building materials. All exterior walls have a natural clay plaster finish with an integrated heating system, the bathrooms have floor heating.
Measuring 150 m2, the modernly furnished living space offers 3 bedrooms, 2 spacious bathrooms, a large living room and an eat-in kitchen with a large dining table, entry area, anteroom with writing des, basement with ski storage room and shoe dryer, washing machine and tumbler. Internet is accessible through WLAN and Ethernet, with demand switch for reduction of electro smog.

The holiday home Casa Piadras is situated in the heart of the quaint town of Rueun, Canton of Grisons, 150 km from Zurich, 35 km from Chur and 15 km from Flims and Laax. The ski resortsBrigels/Waltensburg, Obersaxen, Flims and Laax are easily reached by car in 15 to 20 minutes. Groceries: In Ilanz (5 km) you’ll find Migros, Coop, Aldi, Lidl, Müller, Denner for your daily shopping. Films and Chur also offer a wide variety of stores.
